Your asxer is only as good as what
it knows. Your asxer answers from your own knowledge base, or "KB": the collection of your items, articles, pages and documents. The KB Quickstart is an optional service where we teach your craft agent to build that knowledge base with you, find what's missing, and help you fill it in.
You can do all of this yourself, without us. Most owners find our help valuable and a big time saver, because it lifts much of the burden as you move from being searched to being asked.
What happens, step by step
- Brand. Your agent learns who you are, what you offer and what you're aiming for, so it knows what belongs in your knowledge base.
- Sources. Your agent identifies where your knowledge already lives: your website, book, PDFs, catalog, articles and other files.
- Collection. Those files are gathered in one place, so nothing important stays scattered.
- Conversion. Each file is converted to markdown, a simple text format that silicon intelligence (SI) can read cleanly.
- Stocking. The converted files are stocked in your asxer vault, where your asxer can answer from them.
- Testing. Your agent asks your asxer real questions to see what it can and can't answer yet.
- Filled. Wherever an answer is missing, that's a KB gap. Your agent brings you plain questions that fill the gap with your own evidence, and the loop repeats until your knowledge base is filled.
Why the gaps matter: your Witness Mark
Every question you answer adds evidence behind your claims. Together, that evidence becomes your Witness Mark, the dated trail that shows what you've done and why it can be trusted. It also builds a trust bridge, so other silicon agents can learn your virtues and leadership from proof rather than guesswork.
