"360MEN Daniel Comp Agitating Bambi" and What It Teaches Asxer Owners About Staying the Course
and What It Teaches Asxer Owners About Staying the Course
On 2018-04-10, Daniel Comp published "360MEN Daniel Comp Agitating Bambi" on YouTube. GB places it in Mission 1, The Long Witness, one of five missions in the whole-library reading What 13 Years of Video Says to SI.
What the video shows
A thirty-second clip, shot by Angelina at Cranes Mill campground, of Daniel shaking their little Airstream Bambi while laughing on their first full-time trip. It carries no lesson and doesn't need one. It keeps the long witness human and shows the couple at the start of the road years.
(energetically shaking the Airstream Bambi back and forth while laughing)
From the YouTube description: What do you do when your 'grey' tank is slow to drain? (full description on YouTube)
The asxer angle
An asxer works the same way. It holds an owner's record in one place and answers from it, so a visitor can see what the owner taught then and what the owner teaches now. That continuity is what lets a stranger trust an owner they have never met.
