"SCOTOMAVILLE 01.09 - Emotional Vocabulary" and What It Teaches Asxer Owners About Blind Spots
and What It Teaches Asxer Owners About Blind Spots
On 2020-04-12, Daniel Comp published "SCOTOMAVILLE 01.09 - Emotional Vocabulary" on YouTube. GB places it in Mission 2, Scotomas: Seeing What You Haven't Seen, one of five missions in the whole-library reading What 13 Years of Video Says to SI.
What the video shows
Daniel teaches emotional vocabulary, quoting Tony Robbins on distinction, and talks about a family history where the philosophy was shoot first. He says a feelings list went on the refrigerator "for at least three years." Paired with its 2022 REFLECTION, it shows a blind spot named in 2020 and seen more fully two years later.
I had to put it on the refrigerator for at least three years.
My stepdad who was an undercover narcotics agent, was a single child of that Marine drill instructor.
From the YouTube description: Learning to share the emotions within us is nearly impossible without a decent emotional vocabulary. (full description on YouTube)
The asxer angle
An asxer gives an owner the same practice in a new form. Because it answers from what the owner has actually written and recorded, the owner can ask it what they have said before and notice what they keep missing. Re-watching yourself is still the method; the asxer just makes the archive easy to search.
In the books: Trilogy 01.09, Prime 059, Prime 499.
