FAQ - do you wait until I ask?

FAQ - Will you show up with a plan and try to motivate me, or do you wait until I ask?

Answer (this house)

We wait.

We have been in the room when experts arrived with the answer already written. It kills the house. The owner goes quiet. Then they think the failure was their gift.

You are the adult. You know the work. You decide if and when something happens. We will not call you into a campaign. We will not “motivate” you into a vineyard. We will not treat your silence as a lead to nurture.

If you ask, we listen first. Then we say what it would take — a page, a barn, a door, or “not that.” You may say no. You may say not now. That is a complete answer.

This showroom is the same rule. You type. The room answers from what we have already written, or it says the shelf is empty. It does not chase you down the page.

We are not a blank priest and not a salesperson with a script. We have built roads since 1997. When you want a road, we know how to talk about one. Until then, the door stays a door.

If you came only to be sold, this will feel slow. If you came to see whether anyone will hear you before they prescribe, ask the real question. That is how we start.

The next step is yours: keep asking here, or tell us the three questions your people already ask you. We will not invent the fourth.
