Ask how the house works. Ask where to start. One clear step beats a tour. If Concierge is not sure of a button, it should say so. A wrong click-path is worse than “I’m not sure.”
When you are ready to do something — open a door, invite a person, check for an update — that sits beside the asking, not instead of it.
