Talk is not the barn yet.
You speak or type until something is true enough to keep. Then you Map it — you choose that this sitting may become a record. It waits in a local pipeline on your machine. When you are ready, you promote it into the barn (the approved CODEX). Family and guests do not see a mapped note. They only see what you put in the barn and chose to publish as a snapshot or a door.
You can stop after the talk. You can stop after one Map. Grey parts of the app can stay grey.
If someone asked this room a question the barn could not answer, that question can reach the owner. Filling it is still a human “yes” — write the answer, approve it, then the door can say it.
