Public answer
Council is not Initium, not a dice game, not a social network, and not a live syndication mesh.
It does not auto-save every mutter into the barn. It does not push unfinished notes to readers. It does not give guests a pen in your vault. It does not replace your judgment with a craft face. It does not train a public model on what you typed here.
If someone promises a Council that posts your life, writes itself, or clones our inner voices as a download — that is not this house.
