This is the private Council 4.5 repository on GitHub. Council is a private local capture and craft shell for solo owners and small businesses: it mints a knowledge base, consults offline, and shares only the finished CODEX with invited clients, customers and patrons. It is a product fork of Witness, without Initium or Arnie by design.
